I think this is what most of us were expecting, but not hoping for, when Coach Ack was hired. As we sit here now, most of us were correct in our evaluation of what this season would be with Coach Ack coming in late (as a result of being a new hire), and us losing the number of players that we did.
I am hopeful, based upon us losing so many CLOSE games, that next year will be a much better year for us.
In general, I am happy with Coach Ack's progress, but I really wish that he would slow down on the amount of yelling at the players while they are on the court. I am going to try to find him a copy of McGregor's Theory X vs Theory Y book!
