According to the link you sent tuition went up $342 this year, well short of $500, and a clarification of semantics, this is an increase in tuition, which for the university is separate from fees, which are also going up. The total may well be $500

It is what it is. No one seems to care about how to raise any money so why should I care anymore. NO one cares about raising student fees as we still have a lot of people trying to get into Long Beach State so the interest is there. Raise the fees and if you don't want to pay then go somewhere else/ Previous Message
