The coaching contract model will have to change. Two to three year contracts will have to become the norm for new coaches, with aggressive attempts to sign successful coaches to extensions.

Nothing yet for Big West names. Tough financial times doesn't leave a lot to waste money buying out a coach.

Both UCI and UCSD coaches mentioned here. Turner, while not as hot a name as he was with the whole Queen comment, is still regarded as a prime candidate. UCSD coach hasn't really been anywhere else, but their run would make anyone take notice.
