Sad, but reality. Stephen A agrees with my take, that college basketball is killing itself. The story lines of guys getting degrees and growing as a team are gone. These are free agents.

I think you might see schools try 2 year commitments, just to have some cohesion. Don't know if anyone will go for it, at least, anyone who is a difference maker.

Saint Francis PA plans to reclassify from Division I to Division III, the school announced Tuesday, just one week after its men’s basketball team was bounced from the NCAA Tournament in a thrillingly narrow First Four loss.
This will be the first of many in the next couple of years.
