This year's NIT group of teams was depleted by the Crown tourney in Vegas, which took the top 16 teams that didn't make the NCAA. That's why the BW had 3 invites. The NIT is now a Mid-major tourney which may not be a bad thing. Here is the Crown's first-round list of schools and scores. The winner of this tourney gets 300K in NIL money.
Game 1: Butler 86, Utah 84
Game 2: Boise State 89, George Washington 59
Game 3: Nebraska 86, Arizona State 78
Game 4: Georgetown 85, Washington State 82
Tuesday, April 1
Game 5: Cincinnati 83, DePaul 61
Game 6: UCF 76, Oregon State 75
Game 7: Villanova 85, Colorado 64
Game 8: USC 89, Tulane 60 Previous Message
