First two years at the same school would help immensely. Make them get their GE credits done. This isn't a mid major problem. Indiana and Baylor lost every player on their rosters to portal, graduation, and one turning pro.

I don't know what success for a program like ours looks like anymore. Agents involved now will chase as much money as they can, and that is going to leave a lot of college guys losing continuity needed to actually develop and succeed. Next man up is now next recruit up.
