When a player transfers from one school to another and gets NIL$$, some % of that should go back to to school they transferred from as a development payment or fee or something. And it doesn't have to come out of the player's pocket, it could be a % on top of that.

Every team in the Big West will have a completely different team next year. I know we were shocked by losing so many players but if you look what happened at Irvine and San Diego we might not be so different. They both lost everyone that contributed last year. Mid major conferences like the Big West are now basically community colleges with the amount of players moving every year. I really don’t see a solution to this. Money talks
