winding down. Some solid times this past few weeks, but no one has seemed to really fly off the page improvement wise.

I really like checking the polls on USTFCCA. When you go to the regional poll and click the team score number, it breaks down where the points are coming from more concisely than TFRRS or other descending order lists. Very sortable. West region isn't hte national west region as used in track, aligned with the cross country regions.

Overall, men's team 7th in west region by USTFCCA. We are above Fullerton, but I think it will be hard for us to beat them or Cal Poly depth wise at Big West. don't have the 2nd/3rd guy the way Fullerton does in events, or Poly in the distances. We have some quality that will compete for individual titles. Omri Shiff's 400mH time is legit, leading the west. We have two high jumpers in top 5, but one popped that in first meet and hasn't been near it since. Gregory in the decathlon is a huge first year Decathlon score, 2nd at texas relays.

The women are 11th, some real solid sprint hurdles marks propel us to there, some decent jumps/throwers. Lavereshina 2nd in west in 400mH. Rahni Turner in short hurdles is top 5. Same thing, i don't think we have the depth to win a Big West title, but will compete for individual titles in a few events.
