Coaching has changed, about ten years ago it was very different dealing with 18-22 year olds who were so coddled and couldn't run any aspect of their lives, and now with NIL, it's hard being a coach in a GM role with athletes who just want more and more every year.

Great career at LB. A model of consistently competing. I think we all thought her teams could make a run, but that really didn't happen sadly.
