SJS is a CSU! Where are they getting the $$ to pay us for a home game?

From reading the BW Yuku message board, the Iowa State game is paying $115k and San Jose State $80k. Given the state of CSU budget, albeit announced reduction overall has dropped to $143million from $294 million; P4 conferences strong arming mid major revenue sharing, and current state of LB MBB, buy in games seem a necessity.
