It's possible. An overlooked/late bloomer freshman or JUCO transfer (now with 4 years of eligibility!) who grows up and plays like a man among boys who then get gobbled up by a P4 school and gets drafted. Similar to the great Terrell Davis (NFL HOF from LB State through Georgia to Broncos).
