Apparently Illinois State was pretty good last year, and USD is usually solid, so its good to see two good home games on the schedule already.

Remaining Games: Maybe a return game at home v S. Dakota St? Or maybe that will happen next year. Would USF give us a return game? Return game with Pepperdine might be in the works. Would be great if we could have two more solid home games. Then maybe a couple non DI teams as home, and 2 more road games probably more local like U$C and/or UCLA, probably pick up some bucks playing those games. Or we play in a 4 team tournament somewhere which would reduce one home and one away game. Not looking too deeply here, but its starting to round out a bit.

"FYI, this is the last year of the 29/31 rule. Teams are currently allowed to schedule 28 or 29 games plus a 2 or 3 game MTE for a total of 31 games (with the Hawai'i exemption getting you to 30 or 32). In 2026-27, the limit will be 32 regardless of MTE involvement (and, I imagine, 33 if you visit Hawai'i)."
