I believe that ESPN+ carries the feed from ESPNU.
Also for comparison:
Based on available information as of November 2023, ESPNU is available in approximately 36,000,000 pay television households in the United States.
As of the end of the first fiscal quarter of 2025, ESPN+ has approximately 24.9 million subscribers in the U.S.

I was hoping ESPN+ would to d do so. I believe more people have access to ESPN+ than to ESPNU.
