Housing is one item that if we subsidize more I don't see any real downside.

I do think that students who choose to travel away from their parents home should do the math of what that equals. The one student debated community college or 4 year, and I think 2 years at a community college is a completely valid option that is downplayed a bit too much. It's less debt, same classes.
