Not the least of which is influencing the change of the school colors from brown and gold to black and gold. He didn't like brown and gold so he unilaterally changed the colors.

I remember that year with George like it were yesterday. He did SO MANY things that have had a lasting effect on LBS! Rest in peace George, and thanks for being a part of the HISTORY of Long Beach State!!! Previous Message
