At a recent practice, the players were divided into a black jersey squad and a white jersey squad. I don't think the squads were divided up as to who would start. I went off roster numbers so I hope the practice numbers were the same as the roster numbers.Chaikovsky rode the bike and may have a minor leg injury. Did not see Grant Gondrezick. Bio shows him as a great 3-point shooter. I may have missed him.
Black Squad:
Shaquil Bender (Grad) 6'2" Hustled, drives to the hoop
Dallas Washington (Fr) 6'10" Coachable, quick, tall but thin
Isaiah Lewis 6'3" Both Lewis brothers are quick
Shay Johnson (Sr) 6'10" Mobile, tall but thin
Jayden Alexander (Fr) 6'1" Played hard, has potential.
Christian Jones (So) 6'4" hustles, nice stroke from 3
White Squad
Rob Diaz (Jr) 6'2" Played tough D, nice outside shot, hustles
DMX (Jr) 6'10"Added muscle, very coachable, likely starter
Cole Farrell (Jr) 6'5 Plays tough D, very quick
P. Majstrorovic (So) 6'8" Quick, nice shot stroke, hustles
Gavin Sykes (Fr) 6'4" (Fr) Quick like the other guards
Imm. Lewis (Sr) 6'3" Hustled
Leo Levillain (fr) 6'9" Didn't see many reps with him
Coach comments
1. The team gets along well, they like each other.
2. They are coachable.
3. I have simplified things for this season with so many new guys.
4. Offense should be more balanced than last year.

My observations
1. The players are quick and I saw a lot of hustle
2. I didn't see any negative attitudes.
3. They seem motivated to play D.
4. I believe this team will win more games than last season.How many more...time will tell but I think we will be better.
5. There didn't seem to be one player (Askew last year) who would have to have the ball and take a high % of the shots.
