Congrats to a class act in Alan Knipe. He would be on the mount rushmore of Long Beach State coaches. The program will be in great shape with Coach McRae and I love the fact that all the coaches will be Long Beach Alums. Enjoy your retirement Coach Knipe and thanks for all you have done for this University.

WOW! Knew it would be coming in the next few years but glad coach Knipe knew exactly when to make the decision. Love how he didn't want the season to be about his final tour. Love how he has prepped Nick McRae for this moment for 13 years. Love everything he has brought to the program, university, community, and beyond.
