To improve his offense, that might explain why he was practicing shooting jumpers from 5 to 8 feet from the basket well after the UCSD game on Saturday.

DMX had 10 rebounds in 18 minutes against UCSB. His problem is he still hasn't learned good footwork on defense or offense, so on defense he defends too much with his arms and gets called for hacks, on offense he bulls through defenders instead of easing into them and backing them down. But he can be an aggressive, strong, athletic rebounder.
He and Shay are the best options at C. Devillian in time might be ok he has potential. Previous Message
I agree with your starters, but DMX needs to get rebounds and defend the paint to justify his minutes. He needs to improve his shooting around the hoop and from 10 feet out. I believe Petar should play the 3 spot, as he struggles to defend taller post players. Previous Message
PG - Diaz - Really the only guard who has point guard traits. Shoots well enough, passes well, good basketball IQ
SG - Sykes - Very good shooter, moves well, good basketball IQ
SF - Petar - Battles all game, quick enough to play the 3
PF - DMX - If healthy is the best option. Good on the boards
C - Shay - Gives us a presence inside. Good rim protector
