I rarely comment anymore on the state of our basketball teams but after last night I felt I needed to give praise to Coach Acker and the players. This was probably the best overall performance in the last two years. EVERYTHING clicked last night. The offense looked sharp the whole game. Players seem to have their roles. Diaz sets up everything with very few turnovers and crisp passing. Petar and Levillain provide more than adequate front court help. Sykes is a supreme offensive player. Other players like Bender, Washington, Lewis, Farrell and Johnson fill in well. Defensively we are moving our feet well and rotating well. I think at present this team is playing will excellent communication and very good basketball IQ. Great job by all involved!
