You can't let your opponent's defenders ride you all game. Fulerton was physical and pushed us around, bumping us off our spots on offense. I used to tell players, use your weapons when a guy wants to get in your uni and ride you. You have to subtly use your elbows and knees to let the defenders know you are as strong and tough as they are. A well-placed elbow in the ribs or solar plexus, or a knee to the upper thigh, will get the defender off of you. Tonight, it looked like Fullerton had a senior-laden team that physically dominated our less aggressive players. I don't mean to say to play dirty, but play strong and aggressively.
Also, our offense was very predictable tonight, as we seemed to start the offensive sets in the same way for most plays. I hope we can get some new sets on offense before we play the Titans again.
On to Santa Barbara!

Take a look at some film and also the stats before you offer. You're welcome. By the way, good job on Sykes, Diaz, and Petar. Get more of those next time and avoid all the others.
