Fort Valley State is from Georgia, one of these emerging volleyball programs trying to level up and I hope they do. Their team persona is a joy, I've never seen so much sideline antics and fun its almost too much but then again, I'm fully entertained by it. They seem to love what they are doing, albeit vs a top team like LB, they aren't very successful.

LB dominated as expected, key takeaways we witnessed a really good match by Polish opposite Wojciech Gajek, he had some high level kills, blocks, and serves. Three aces in a row in the third set. Varga, Kandev, and Braun were lights out as usual this year. Isaiah Pruitt did all the warm up drills and looks ready to go after he shakes off some rust. I don't know who he bumps because Braun is doing so well this year, Cryst has some ups and downs but he is such a multi dimensional force...can we rotate 3 MBs? No. But Pruitt is such a calming force and so consistent and skilled.

Even with only 17 on the roster, we have depth everywhere especially middle blocker.

Tonight vs a better LIU squad after we beat the Nachos in MBB (staying positive) and pre game the Nat'l Championship banner will be revealed.
