We played a great 2nd half and a very bad first half, especially on offense. I have to give the players credit for a strong 2nd half comeback. Too bad we couldn't stop Mahaney's last drive around a nice screen to make the winning basket. We should have switched on that play, and our big should have contested his shot.
Props to I. Lewis for having his best game so far this season. Petar and Bender kept us in the game. Petar needs to decrease his fouls so he can stay in the game. A big problem we have is that we don't have a defensive stopper in the paint. UCSB had way too many open layups off of their offensive sets.
