San Jose scored 2 in the 9th to take the win 3-2. Man I am so freaking tired of our teams choking away games late that they should be winning. The young Freshman pitched his ass off today and gets nothing to show for it. Blame this loss all on the manager for doing a poor job with the pen in the 9th inning.

Here's something I have never understood. You are ahead by one run and your new pitcher dominates the 8th inning. Then you change pitchers for the ninth inning. Why? New pitcher gives up a run after walking the leadoff hitter. Now it's tied and inning still alive. Aargh
