Luke Howe pitched a very good 7 inn today allowing 1 earned run. Yes the bullpen has really struggled but the Dirtbags have found a closer in freshman Ka’imi Kahalekai. In our last 2 wins he pitched a scoreless 9th inn to earn saves. He hasn't allowed a run in 5 appearances.

The Dirtbags beat BYU 7-6 and in true Dirtbag fashion they did it the hard way. Leading 7-2 in the 8th they give up 4 runs but for a change they would a way to get it done. The Bags are now 4-6 and will play Washington State tomorrow at 1PM.
