1. Finance guy hired a completely inexperienced guy to be A.D.

2. Bad A.D. has hired multiple #2 assistants to jump to head coach.

3. Bruce is very experienced exception. 6 years head coach at Nevada + 2 yrs Assoc HC at TCU. He is not "young."

So don't buy Smitheran's bs excuses. Not young or he hired non #1 assistants who weren't qualified.

I hope the new president can find a way to fix these problems without new money. Possibly reassign all of these coaches and maybe the AD. They are all inexperienced. Learning how to coach hurts the fan base.

I want to take the time to congratulate our awesome AD for another stellar hire in Dirtbag coach TJ Bruce or you could say TJ Acker. Tonight they are getting the crap kicked out of them by Hawaii at Blair 6-1 in the top of the 2nd. Why Why Why can't we get a coach that knows how to coach? Baseball, MBB, WBB it is embarrassing in these are 3 of our biggest sports and these are 3 horrible programs. It is not all about NIL as Northridge has a pretty decent MBB program. If this is where we are headed then we need to go D2 and quit screwing around. As long time supporters and donors we deserve much better than this crap.
