Hawaii travels well. I am happy they won the Big West Tournament. They will probably be sent into play-in game.
I watched a number of different games over the past week. The Big West had the lowest attendance at their games. Even the WAC games had better attendance and were played at one of the large hotels in Las Vegas. If LBSU is going to get into a better situation it must get out of the Big West. In addition mens and women's basketball must improve. And the sinking Dirtbags must do better.
Cal Baptist plays very well. I do not see them staying in the Big West for more than a year. I look for them to join the WCC eventually.
If things do not change soon, especially with men's basketball, I expect we will be destined to Division 2.
