The portal opens right after the final game in the NCAA tourney, and stays open for 15 days (for entries), so, in about three weeks we will know who is throwing their hat into the ring. But, even if a player enters the portal, they can return to their last squad, several in the BW have when they did not get a better offer. And, the time to sign those players I think actually extends to the beginning of the Fall semester (I could be wrong on this one)
