On VC this evening, it shows Dallas is committed to UCR. The old rule that prevented in-conference transfers was removed in 2021.
LB finished 9th in the conference, and UCR finished 10th. Dallas seemed like a really good guy, but he seemed to want to shoot the 3 and not get in the paint and bang with the bigs. Time will tell if he improves at UCR with a different coach.
