The world has changed. Players who would have been considered D1 quality, but not ready to contribute as a freshman are players that D1 programs are no linger willing to develop. If you invest the time and money it takes to get them ready to contribute. they are off to cash in elsewhere. We have become minor leagues for the P4 conferences, but lower league D1,D2 and even D3 have become minor leagues for us.

We have seen significant success with some BW programs being built on former D2 players, we shall see. I am pretty confident some things translate. Do we have the right D2 players? We will have to see on that.
