I've learned more about the decision to move it from the quad on campus. Sure covid screwed everything up. But apparently the campus insurance people started to put real pressure to move it someplace where access could be more controlled, and not the free flow in and out of upper campus which basically anyone could get into either through the buildings or all the breezeways that were impossible to fence.

I disagree with it, oh well.
