2 teams in is nice for Big West. Losing UCSB now hurts a lot, as Fullerton and LB have not been able to replicated 90's/00's successes.

Big West Champ Ca Poly and UCSB were both selected. Ca Poly gets to play in the No. 1 UCLA regional while UCSB plays in the no. 6 Texas regional.
Those were the days when the Dirtbags annually made the field of 64 and we would find out if we would host a regional or where we would travel too.
