
As someone else mentioned, even with the ceilings on NIL, LB and many similarly situated schools don't have the funds to ante up. The proposed legislation helps some but doesn't really get LB close enough to be competitive in today's perverted college sports environment.
We all know that you bleed black and gold and we all feel your pain regarding to what's happening in LB athletics. However, no one feels the pain like our former student athletes do.

I like putting a max. amount an athlete can be paid that will eliminate recruits holding out for the highest offer and for schools with the most money getting who they want.
