As stated below, it at least reigns in the transfers every season, and supports the NCAA in creating eligibility standards around real pros/older players and true high school/college age students.

The bold are the items I see as truly being able to somewhat help us as an NCAA member. The interesting aspect will be if Football/Basketball are given their own legislative separation from the other sports as part of the Olympic sport protections.

I don't see the scholarship limits going backwards, so the need to fundraise the additional to remain competitive is not going away.
