Hawaii and Davis out, Cal Baptist, Sac St, and UVU in. UCSB and UCSD lame duck year.

I don't really know what to expect. UVU and Cal Baptist were the class of the WAC, 25-9, RPI's clearly in the top 100 (57 and 71). UCSB seems to be the perennial under achiever compared to their talent rankings, and UCSD did well coming off their coach leaving. Irvine another top 100 year last year, and Russ is still there so can't count them out.

Bake is probably going to struggle, then wholesale changes at CSUN, Fullerton, Long Beach, UCR.

UCSB bringing in some guys with P4 experience but light on minutes.

Sac State is bringing back their top scorer, and key players from Davis, UCR, and CSUN. Plus they just signed a 4 star over the big boys. THey could make a leap forward this year.
