The greed of the Big 10 and SEC may come back to bite them if the bill really limits their money-grabbing behavior. The problem of paying players still exists. Who would have thought that a college QB could earn 5 to 6 million for one season? Regulating the TV revenue is a first step; step 2 is regulating the huge NIL money being offered to players in the P4 conferences, and step 3 is fixing the transfer options and the portal. I am sure the P4 paid lobbyists will get the bill amended to their liking.
