Looks like no mid season trip, three California meets to tune up for Big West. I'm okay with it, the women's team has been a work in progress at best recently, Men have started moving right direction, but again competition in California will be enough. High school kids probably benefit more from the extra meets getting used to 6k/8k/10k, but experienced athletes I'd argue is better to get in more dedicated training and freshen up at end of year, work should have been done over summer.

All flat fast courses.

Mark Covert used to be held at regional park but now is at Green River, the golf course that went down hill after construction on the levee right next to the 91. Probably better served as a cross country course unless things have changed.

It's become common to do 2-3k loops or less, makes for easy setup and spectating. Pacific does this in Northern California at their invite, as does CSU Stanislaus, as well. Stanford no longer does their invite, post covid. It's a shame as that was a pretty historic and challenging course at the country club, tough back loop. Davis hosted a 3k loop last year for Regionals, and is doing the same this year.
