WVB had their intersquad scrimmage last night, with Black beating "Gold"(white) 3-1. I'll let the experts debate who looked good, etc., but I was most impressed with Sydney Hamaker's hitting and Madi Collins playing for both sides as back row setter. the Freshman setter Kinga played for the Black team and looked solid. All of the new middles performed well, along with returner Pola. I'll be interested to see who Natalie goes with as starters. Also, all of the back row L/DS girls return and played well. Should be a good season. (health permitting, as always)
