On the unique elements of the university's branding: "I think being the Matadors is a unique mascot. And then I think also we're the only school in the Big West Conference with the color red as well. ... [We] have a beautiful Matador statue in the heart of our campus right by the library. And that statue gets involved in a lot of campus traditions. After students graduate, they'll place a rose on the Matador statue."
