At the moment, we are covered for at least six months. But even better, we are just a few dollars away from purchasing two six months terms which will over us for the year.

Actually, to clarify....

there remains a small balance in the Acme Fund account, so technically I could pay for a year's renewal now. I would need to check back through emails to determine if any of that balance was left over from previous rent-specific donations since I never wanted to tap into the "general fund reserve" for that purpose if donations were intended for more "Acme Fund" purposes.
