So very sad. And he looked like a nice guy too. And obviously loved his cat. Thank you for helping him with that, I'm sure it was a relief for him knowing someone was caring for her.

I hope his ex wife will take the cat on. So nice of his daughter to want to keep the cat as "part of dad". That just may work, who can refuse that to a kid? I hope the cat does better in its new surrounding with people around.
