Arthritis meds for feral cat?

So, Owen's cat Momma is about 19 or so and I see her back legs are looking stiff and painful. I cannot give her anything by mouth. Is there something that I could put undetected into her food? Her appetite is good and she eats mostly canned. Has anyone found something for a feral cat?
