Regarding Coco, only you can decide what's best. But seems if you were going to get another kitty, and this one needs a home..,well maybe it's not just a coincidence. Have you met Coco? How's her personality? I'd hate to see her be sent off to a kill shelter, or even worse just be tossed out! Sounds like she never had a good life, so what a blessing for her if you did take her.

I don't really understand what was meant by the comment she needs a couple weeks in a foster home?? A real home is much better and less shuffling around.

Whatever you choose, I understand. It's not easy merging new ones in. The older we get seems harder too. But if you're willing to try, Coco will be a very lucky kitty.
