Please note that this information is strictly voluntary and you're free to answer as much or as little as you want (or not at all), but many Secret Santas like selecting gifts that are specific to the recipient and I am often asked by Secret Santas to write recipients back asking for additional information. So, if you could please fill out any information that you do not have a problem sharing up front, it would be a big help and time-saver.
