I understand that feeling of not REALLY belonging anymore because the furkids have gone. I Kind of let myself be an honourary member because I still have Mr D (my big dog) however for how much longer I do not know. He has cancer in his left front leg and it has metastasised into his lungs and so I am treasuring every single moment we have left together. I could afford another cat but I am 82 next week and live alone so I don't feel it is fair for when anything happens to me.

I am sorry you have not been well, and I hope you do feel better once the sunshine comes back.I understand what it is like to live with constant pain - it drags you down. Try to keep looking on the brighter side. We are all still here for you
