Just a small update on the girl. She is settled quite well and is walking nicely on a leash. She has learned a couple of tricks and loves to be brushed. HOWEVER, the digging and the chewing continue. I also had to take her to the vet for itching and scratching (no fleas) she got a shot and seems calmer now. I have lost yet another hibiscus bush and, upon hearing very strange sounds, I found her in her crate chewing up underwear, I managed to pull out a lot but I am positive some went down so I gave her some salt water to make her vomit, nothing came up but I had to spend a couple of hours watching her constantly and thought I might end up at the emergency vet. Two days later she still seems fine and is eating and drinking well.
