By the way, I DID get Covid the week before Thanksgiving (just realized I never posted about it). A while back I had posted with concerns about my cats catching it in the event I ever got it, and I have to admit that idea scared me when I tested positive (along with all the OTHER things that scared me at that time!).

They say to avoid contact with your pets while you're sick with it, but when you're laying down and sleeping much of the time and you wake up to find your cats cuddled up with you, there's not much you can do about it.

I'm happy to report it's a month later and my cats have shown no signs of getting ill. So while it's not an ideal situation, it appears they came through it just fine.
