he is doing fine at the moment. Apparently it will be an ongoing problem but it is manageable. But Lynne says he is back to his old self at the moment and eating well. I will ask her for more details

.. it is pacreatitis, but the vets know exactly what meds to give him if he has another turn and he will most likely have to go on a drip for the day. But he doing very well on his special food.
