Barbara is going to have to evacuate where she lives, she's way too close to hurricane Irma. She and Stu are preparing right now and they have to pack up the kitties and go. She's upset as any of us would be, and could use a lot of prayers! Hoping to update in a day or two.

I haven't been on the board much at all, MIL was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and just had a mini stroke in the past 2 weeks or so. Been a bit of a rollercoaster. But thank you all for all the kind words on sweet Opie. We miss him so very much. I'll post more later...stay safe everyone in the path of that darn hurricane! Also, has anyone heard from PJ? I know she lived in Houston, I sure hope she and her family and babies are all ok. What a horrible time with these hurricanes!

But I am blessed only my car and garage flooded. the water came right up the the door but did not come in. My neighborhood is a disaster. thank for asking

I didn't know she was evacuating?? Last I heard she was going to hunker down, which I was hoping they wouldn't risk that, this storm sounds really bad. Hope all goes well for them, and everyone out in Florida...all the wildlife and strays too.

they decided to ride it out. They are well prepared and have friends and neighbors around to help too. Just keep praying for a miracle for all these people! I just can't believe this.
