Phew tired msg

picked my friend from the airport Friday morning, spent the afternoon learning new tricks with Mr D. Evening (7 - 10pm) Dog Training seminar for the trainers in my dog club. Saturda, 10 hours of a training seminar with various people (Mr D had his turn). Saturday evening out to supper at Indian Restaurant. Sunday up EARLY to get my friend to the airport to catch her plane. TIRED!!!

I hope the seminar was worthwhile and that you picked up some useful new insights.

Sorry I've been so "absent". I had replacement surgery on Knee #2, and am having quite a bit more pain than I had with Knee #1, so I'm not spending a lot of time sitting in front of a computer (because it hurts!

) Instead, I'm spending most of my time with physical therapy exercises and activities.

Hopefully when the pain levels start coming down I'll feel up to posting more. Until then, keep up the good work with Mr D!

I hope they both are like new in time and knee 2 heals quickly and well. I have bum knees too.

I didn't know you were having the other knee done. I do hope it is fine soon. The whole idea of having a knee op is to GET RID of pain. Hope the physio works well.

Already I have capabilities with Knee #1 that I haven't had in years. Once I get past the pain and into the serious strength-building with Knee #2, it's going to make a huge difference in things I'm able to do or to do more easily or effectively (horseback riding, for example).

Painful now, but worth it in the long run!
