I am so sorry I haven't introduced my two new girls. I saw Val2's note dated 12/22 asking if I had them. If any of you are on the BBC/AHOC Facebook page I'm sure you have seen them.
Tovah is the older of the two. She's the mama of Cinnamon. They are adorable although still skittish. They tested negative for FeLuk/FIV/Heartworm. Tovah got her vaccines, including her rabies vaccine, on the night I brought them home. Cinnamon received her first round of kitten vaccines that same night. There is a 24/7 vet/emergency vet clinic that was directly on my way home. It was 10:30pm when I arrived there. Since it wasn't an emergency I had to wait almost an hour before they got me back to an exam room. I think it was about 1am before I finally got home.
The girls were spayed last Thursday (Jan. 4). They did just fine. Cinnamon got round two of her kitten shots. They will go back on Jan. 15 to get their stitches.
I'm only posting one picture for now. This was the first full day they were home with me. I had managed to get both of them and I put them on my lap. They pretty much stay there all day. Eventually Cinnamon moved into the other recliner and soon Tovah joined her. BTW, Tovah is a Hebrew name and it means "gift".
Both beautiful. nm
